Job summary

PwC’s Risk & Regulatory practice seeks a Manager to lead legal compliance transformation initiatives, deliver innovative compliance solutions, and manage client accounts across industries. You will drive delivery with technology, process improvement, and data analysis while upholding PwC’s standards.

As a Manager, you will mentor junior staff, own project planning, budgeting, and execution, and address conflicts with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead legal compliance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance client service.
• Utilize technology and process improvement methodologies to drive value in Office of General Counsel (OGC).
• Analyze and identify linkages within legal systems to optimize performance and minimize risks.
• Take ownership of project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop skills and leverage strengths effectively.
• Review work to deepen team members' skills and encourage continuous improvement.
• Address conflicts and engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct.
• Develop policies and guidelines to support legal compliance and contractual risk management.
