Job summary

Primoris Services Corporation is seeking an experienced Compliance Program Manager to lead cross-functional, risk-based compliance initiatives within the Legal department. You will drive adoption of policies, training, and incident investigations while coordinating with executives to strengthen controls and accountability.

The role emphasizes influence over formal authority, with collaboration across HR, HSSE, Legal, operations, and risk management to deliver practical solutions for business

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional corporate compliance initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate training and awareness campaigns for corporate and site-based compliance.
• Support whistleblower hotline and case management, coordinating investigations with Legal and HR.
• Coordinate policy development, reviews, and implementation.
• Partner with Internal Audit and business leaders to track remediation and strengthen controls.
• Support executive and Board reporting and compliance metrics.
