Primoris Services Corporation is seeking a Compliance Program Manager to build and lead a practical, risk-based compliance program within the Legal department. The role requires influencing senior leaders and delivering outcomes through collaboration and process improvement.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years in program management or related fields, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to governance, policy, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in corporate program management or related field.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives.
• Discretion handling sensitive or confidential matters.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver.
• Tech-savvy with data and automation to improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-functional compliance projects from planning through implementation.
• Coordinate corporate and site-based training with external and internal stakeholders.
• Support whistleblower hotline and case management activities with Legal and HR.
• Coordinate policy development, reviews, and implementation.
• Partner with Internal Audit to track remediation and address control weaknesses.
• Identify compliance risks and use technology to develop practical, business-focused solutions.
• Support executive and Board reporting and ongoing program activities.
