Qualifications

  • J.D. from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
  • Experience with government, regulatory, or compliance reviews preferred.
  • Strong written and analytical writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Review complaints and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
  • Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
  • Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
  • Maintain accurate case files and documentation in applicable systems.
  • Manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
