Job summary

RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. You will analyze complaints, prepare written analyses, and ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and procedural requirements.

The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment. On-site work across U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with regulatory, investigative, or compliance reviews preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Perform research and analysis to support case review and compliance activities.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in applicable systems.
• Analyze large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information as needed.
• Support quality assurance to ensure accuracy and timeliness of work products.
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
