Job summary

RavenTek seeks a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance and regulatory review activities for a government customer. The attorney will analyze complaints and supporting documents to determine disposition, draft analyses and memoranda, and ensure adherence to laws and procedures.

The role requires excellent written and verbal communication, advanced legal writing, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience conducting legal analysis, investigations, compliance reviews, regulatory reviews, administrative reviews, or case evaluations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness and sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify relevant issues and determine appropriate disposition or next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, reports, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and supporting records within applicable systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain additional information, clarification, or supporting documentation as needed.
• Monitor RavenTek email and submit monthly status reports as required.
• Complete required compliance training as assigned.
