Job summary

RavenTek seeks a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government customer. You will analyze complaints and supporting documents to determine disposition and ensure policy adherence.

The role requires a J.D., bar membership, and at least one year of relevant experience, with ability to manage multiple assignments and maintain confidentiality. On-site with multiple U.S. locations; Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with legal analysis, investigations, or regulatory reviews preferred.
• Experience supporting government or regulatory operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and docs for completeness.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and next steps.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, summaries, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and supporting records.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain needed information.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Protect sensitive information per policies.
• Enter time worked daily and submit timesheets.
• Submit Monthly Status Reports as required.
• Monitor RavenTek email regularly and respond.
