Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with government, regulatory, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints and supporting documentation for sufficiency.
• Conduct legal and factual analysis to identify issues and appropriate disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft memoranda, summaries, and other written work products.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in case management systems.
