Job summary

RavenTek is seeking a Compliance Review Attorney to support federal compliance, regulatory review, and case evaluation for a government contract. You will analyze complaints and supporting documentation to determine disposition and ensure adherence to laws and procedures.

This role requires strong legal writing, research, and the ability to manage multiple assignments in a deadline-driven environment; prior government/compliance experience is preferred. On-site, multiple U.S. locations.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum of one year of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with government, regulatory, compliance, investigative, or legal operations environments preferred.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Review complaints, allegations, inquiries, and supporting documentation for completeness.
• Perform legal and factual analysis to identify issues and determine disposition.
• Evaluate information for compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
• Draft correspondence, memoranda, and reports.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation in systems.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain needed information.
• Submit monthly status reports and monitor email regularly.
• Complete required compliance training.
