Job summary
6sense is seeking a Principal Competitive Intelligence Manager to own the end-to-end win/loss program and shape product positioning with evidence-based insights. You will lead interviews, synthesize results, and guide executive decisions on where we win, where we lose, and how we differentiate in a rapidly evolving martech landscape.
You will partner with Product Marketing to influence roadmap, pricing, and packaging, and build field-ready materials for live deals across a national remote setup
Qualifications
- 8+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing or research-heavy GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on win/loss experience; ability to run interviews and code results.
- Honest about data; strong synthesis and writing; able to present to execs.
- Fluent with the B2B SaaS buyer; comfortable with AI/agentic tooling.
- Experience building CI functions or improving existing programs.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end win/loss program with interviews and readouts to leadership.
- Develop competitive positioning and differentiation with evidence-backed claims.
- Analyze market structure, substitution, and long-term implications for roadmap.
- Provide field enablement materials: battlecards, traps, talk tracks.
- Ensure claims discipline with credible sources; monitor competitive signals.
