Job summary

6sense is seeking a Senior Principal, Competitive Intelligence & Win/Loss within Product Marketing. This role owns the win/loss program end to end, building evidence-backed insights to shape positioning, roadmap, and field enablement.

You will conduct primary research, synthesize findings, and present honest, data-driven conclusions to executives. Leverage your experience in B2B SaaS to inform strategy, pricing, and packaging while collaborating with PMMs and product teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in competitive intelligence, product marketing or research-heavy go-to-market roles in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on win/loss program ownership and execution.
• Ability to run primary research and be honest about what data supports.
• Strong synthesis and executive-level writing for product and leadership.
• Comfort presenting challenging findings to executives with data backing.

Responsibilities

• Own the win/loss program end to end with interviews, coding and readouts to leadership.
• Shape competitive positioning and differentiation with evidence-backed claims.
• Conduct structural market analysis on how buyers assemble stacks and substitutions.
• Develop field enablement materials—battlecards, questions and talk tracks.
• Ensure claims discipline for competitive material with sources backing every number.
• Own competitive monitoring and alerting tooling and outputs for the field.
• Provide input to roadmap, pricing and packaging based on competitive evidence.
