Job summary

Roquette in Springhouse, PA is seeking a Compensation Specialist to support base pay, incentives, and market benchmarking within the Total Rewards team. You will steward compensation data across the US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico, aligning with global standards and ensuring accurate incentive processing.

The role requires 3–5 years in compensation/Total Rewards, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant compensation/Total Rewards experience.
• Experience in a large, multi-location or global organization is required.
• End-to-end payment and performance cycle experience including merit/bonus processes and coordination with payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of base salary, short-term incentives, and other compensation initiatives.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and market resources.
• Review job descriptions to determine appropriate level, grade, and salary range.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, salary structures, grades, and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Global Compensation & Benefits to align with global standards.
