Job summary

Roquette Group in Springhouse, PA is seeking a Compensation Specialist to join the Total Rewards team. The role supports base pay, incentives, market benchmarking, job evaluations and annual compensation processes, while ensuring data quality in HRIS and accurate incentive calculations.

You will partner with Global Compensation & Benefits to maintain global standards, collaborate with HR and hiring managers on recommendations, and prepare reports and analyses for Total Rewards leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
• Experience supporting compensation programs in a large, multi-location, or global organization.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of compensation programs including base salary and incentives.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking using survey data and resources.
• Review job descriptions to determine job level, grade, and salary range.
• Develop and maintain job architecture, salary structures, and compensation guidelines.
• Collaborate with Global Compensation & Benefits to align standards across countries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR to review compensation recommendations for hires and changes.
• Provide compensation analysis based on internal equity, external data, and guidelines.
• Support annual merit and incentive processes including data validation and reporting.
