Roquette seeks a Compensation Specialist within its Total Rewards team. The role supports base pay, incentives, market benchmarking, and job evaluations across US, Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. Located in Philadelphia, PA, with opportunities for performance-based incentives.

The position requires 3–5 years in compensation or Total Rewards and a Bachelor’s degree, plus strong Excel and MS Office skills. Expect collaboration with HR and leadership to ensure equity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Support the administration of compensation programs, including base salary, short-term incentives, and other compensation initiatives.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking of positions using compensation survey data and other market resources.
• Review job descriptions and evaluate positions to determine the appropriate job level, grade, and salary range.
• Support the development and maintenance of job architecture, salary structures, grades, and compensation guidelines.
• Partner with Global Compensation & Benefits colleagues to ensure consistent global standards across countries.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to review compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, adjustments, and organizational changes.
• Provide compensation analysis and recommendations based on internal equity and external market data.
• Support annual merit and incentive compensation processes, including system prep, data validation, reporting, and manager support.
• Analyze compensation data to identify trends and internal equity concerns.
• Participate in compensation surveys and maintain market data.
