Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks an Associate in Executive Compensation to help shape strategy, design, and execution of the executive compensation program. You will analyze compensation data, generate insights for senior management, and support the CMDC and external disclosures.

You will prepare committee materials, contribute to the Proxy Statement's CD&A, monitor peer programs and regulatory requirements, and leverage AI tools to streamline tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related area.
• 3+ years of experience in executive compensation, investor relations, finance, strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for CMDC meetings and track takeaways.
• Support the proxy statement (CD&A) and Say-on-Pay initiatives.
• Monitor peer programs and regulatory reporting related to executive compensation.
• Review compensation programs and conduct pay-for-performance forecasting.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and annual tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline and automate committee prep.
