You will support proxy statements, benchmarking and Say-on-Pay efforts while leveraging AI tools to streamline processes. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and collaboration with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in executive compensation, investor relations, finance, strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Self-initiator with intellectual curiosity, work ethic, integrity.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; interest in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for CMDC meetings with materials, coordination, and action-tracking.
• Support proxy statements and Say-on-Pay communications.
• Monitor peer programs, industry trends, and regulatory reporting for executive compensation.
• Review compensation programs and forecasts, coordinating with stakeholders for compliance.
• Provide analytical support for ad hoc research and annual tasks.
• Leverage AI tools to automate committee preparation and benchmarking.
