Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst – Payroll & HRIS to administer company-wide compensation programs, coordinate outsourced payroll, and ensure accurate data in Oracle Cloud HCM. You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT to maintain data integrity and provide timely analytics.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, and process improvements across incentive plans, bonuses, and payroll integrations, with a focus on compliance and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience administering compensation programs and payroll processes.
• Experience coordinating outsourced payroll providers.
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations.
• Knowledge of incentive and bonus plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and incentive plans across the organization.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Payroll, HRIS, Operations, Sales leadership, and the outsourced payroll provider.
• Maintain compensation data in Oracle Cloud HCM and validate related payroll data.
• Develop and maintain payroll process documentation and job aids.
• Perform data audits and reconciliations for payroll accuracy.
• Support year-end payroll activities and reporting.
