Oracle is seeking a compensation professional to join the Global Compensation Consulting Team supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You will partner with HRBPs, talent advisors and COE to design and deliver compensation programs that attract and retain top talent.

Qualifications

8+ years’ broad-based compensation experience with a strong consulting mindset.
Experience in a high-tech company with a fast-moving environment.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

Provide compensation consulting support to attract and retain key OCI talent.
Partner with HRBPs to prepare and execute annual compensation programs.
Engage with Talent Advisory to refine offers for senior roles.
Collaborate with compensation teams on cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Mentor team members and contribute to cross-functional programs.
