Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst - Payroll & HRIS to manage compensation administration, payroll data, and analytics across the organization.

You will partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, HRIS, and an outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and auditable controls. The role focuses on incentive programs, data governance, system configurations in Oracle Cloud HCM, and reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field is required.
• Experience administering bonus, commission, or incentive compensation plans is required.
• Experience working with HRIS and compensation management systems is required.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills are essential.
• Ability to coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Administer quarterly bonus plans, sales commissions, and other incentive programs.
• Maintain compensation data within Oracle Cloud HCM and support annual planning cycles.
• Coordinate payroll processing timelines with outsourced provider and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate compensation and payroll reports for Finance, HR, and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
