Job summary

Rotech Healthcare Inc. seeks a Compensation Analyst – Payroll & HRIS to oversee company-wide compensation programs and the outsourced payroll process. This role ensures accurate data, supports planning cycles, and coordinates with Finance, HR, and IT to maintain payroll integrity.

The position partners with Finance, HR, and the payroll provider to ensure compliance and effective reporting, leveraging Oracle Cloud HCM for data accuracy and system improvements. Travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Experience administering compensation programs including incentive and bonus plans.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and payroll integrations.
• Ability to generate and analyze compensation and payroll reports for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation and incentive programs and ensure accuracy in payroll data.
