Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years experience in Compensation or related field.
• Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices.
• Knowledge of FLSA compliance and application.
• Understanding of HR systems and market data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation partner and trusted advisor for assigned business organizations.
• Be a strategic partner on implementation and support of compensation practices.
• Evaluate and approve salary adjustments using compensation fundamentals.
• Ensure alignment to the Leidos job architecture for existing employees and new hires.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Evaluate and approve bonus and incentive requests.
• Evaluate pay practices for internal and external equity and trends.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and efficiency.
• Conduct FLSA classification and exemption analysis.
• Develop presentations to communicate compensation recommendations to leadership.
