Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Director, Compensation to lead enterprise-wide compensation strategy, governance, and systems, with emphasis on Workday optimization and operating excellence across a large, matrixed organization.

You will partner with HR and business leadership to design job architecture, pricing, incentives, and market benchmarking, while ensuring compliance, transparency, and scalable programs.
