Job summary
Leidos is seeking a Compensation Analyst who will provide cross-organizational compensation support across the enterprise. The role analyzes moderately complex compensation matters, applies compensation principles and regulatory requirements, and offers data-driven guidance to Total Rewards Partners, HR, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 4+ years of relevant experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of base pay, job evaluation, market pricing, salary structures, and incentive compensation.
- Experience with FLSA classifications and dashboards/reports to communicate insights.
Responsibilities
- Provide compensation guidance aligned with policies, market practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Deliver cross-organizational compensation support across multiple sectors and functions.
- Evaluate promotions, salary adjustments, and other compensation actions with sound judgment.
- Assess bonuses and incentives for compliance and program requirements; flag risks as needed.
- Develop compensation models, analyses, dashboards, and recurring/ad hoc reports.
