Job summary

Leidos seeks a Compensation Partner to deliver corporate compensation policies, programs and governance. You will support base pay, bonuses, and incentive development while ensuring compliance, internal equity, and market competitiveness.

This role partners with HR and leadership to drive workforce decisions with strong analytical insights. You will evaluate salary adjustments, align employees to the job architecture, and communicate recommendations through clear presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university required.
• 8+ years of experience in Compensation or a related field.
• Thorough knowledge of compensation philosophies and practices.
• Thorough knowledge of FLSA compliance, rules and application.
• Understanding of HR systems, market survey submissions and analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of office software, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary compensation partner and trusted advisor for assigned business organizations.
• Be a strategic partner for implementation and support of compensation practices with HR partners and stakeholders.
• Evaluate and approve salary adjustments using sound compensation fundamentals.
• Ensure alignment to the Leidos job architecture for existing employees and new hires.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls of compensation decisions.
• Evaluate and approve bonus and incentive requests for compliance and reasonableness.
• Proactively evaluate pay practices for internal and external equity and trends.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance analysis and increase efficiency.
• Conduct FLSA classification and exemption analysis for wage and hour compliance.
• Develop audience-ready presentations and materials to communicate compensation recommendations.
