As a Compensation Advisor within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role will serve as the primary point of contact supporting the Asset Management Group line of business. We are seeking a candidate with compensation experience, ideally someone who can provide strategic and day-to-day compensation support to key stakeholders. Experience within the asset management and/or wealth management industry is strongly preferred and would be considered a significant advantage.

Job Description

• Provides support in the design, implementation and administration of organizational employees' base salary, incentives, sales and executive compensation.
• Conducts job analysis, job evaluations and salary increase reviews to ensure employees get the right pay.
• Monitors the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommending plan revisions to compete with market trends.
• Provides compensation recommendations to business partners based on various factors, such as market trends and peer equity analysis, to remain competitive and equitable, as well as attract and retain talent.
• Creates and prepares reports and presentations for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management.
• Ensures compliance with internal controls and procedures in support overall organizational financial and operational soundness.
• Monitors changes in federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
