• Executive Compensation Program Support: design, analysis, administration, and execution of base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, equity, executive offers, promotions, separations, and related actions.
• Compensation and Talent Committee Support: prepare analyses, summaries, materials for committee review, and identify automation opportunities such as Power BI reporting and AI-enabled content.
