Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Technical Compensation Partner based in San Francisco to join our Technology organization. You will work closely with VP and Director level leaders and People Partners to design, benchmark, and execute compensation programs for Engineering, Infrastructure, ML/AI, and Data Science teams.

In this role you will own end-to-end compensation processes, develop market insights, and build AI-powered tools and dashboards to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in compensation or analytics with tech focus.
• Strong Excel and data skills; SQL/Python/R desirable.
• Experience partnering with tech leadership on offers, leveling, and equity.
• Familiarity with Radford/Mercer compensation survey methods.
• Ability to lead cross-functional compensation initiatives in fast-moving environments.
• Excellent communication of complex data to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as compensation partner for Technology org including VP/Director leaders and People Partners.
• Lead end-to-end compensation cycles: benchmarking, budgeting, enablement, and rollups.
• Develop benchmarking methods using surveys and real-time data.
• Build AI-powered compensation tools and self-service dashboards for recruiters and managers.
• Present market insights and recommendations to senior tech leadership.
