Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Compensation Manager to shape executive compensation and enterprise-wide pay initiatives in Frisco. You will partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to design, price, and govern compensation programs that align with shareholder objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will lead annual merit, bonus, and LTIP cycles, coordinate equity processes, and develop insightful pay analyses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, finance, or related field.
• Experience designing and administering broad-based compensation programs in a complex organization.
• Prior experience in executive compensation programs, bonus (STIP), and/or LTIP administration.
• Experience supporting annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, equity).
• Experience leading compensation program development and implementation projects.
• Experience enhancing and implementing compensation systems and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of compensation fundamentals, including market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design, administration, and analysis of executive compensation programs, including base salary, STIP, and LTIP.
• Prepare analyses and materials for Compensation Committee meetings in partnership with senior team members.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, and external consultants to support governance and compliance.
• Contribute to proxy statement preparation and disclosures.
• Support market benchmarking and executive pay competitiveness reviews.
• Coordinate LTIP and equity grant administration and vesting events.
• Perform analyses related to executive employment agreements and severance arrangements.
