Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Global Senior Director, HR to act as the strategic HR Business Partner for the Global Supply Chain. You will lead organization design, talent development, and governance across regions, partnering with senior leaders to deliver sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The role also oversees the GEM Supply Chain and requires extensive executive coaching, succession planning, and workforce planning to align with global standards and regional realities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, organizational development, industrial relations, or a related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree in HR, business administration, organizational psychology, or related field preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive HR/People leadership experience in global or regional settings.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in complex, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic HR Business Partner to the supply chain leadership team.
• Develop and execute integrated people strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness, team performance, and organizational health.
• Lead organization design initiatives and workforce planning across global supply chain.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development for senior roles.
• Ensure governance, regional alignment, and localization of global programs.
