Job summary

Grant Thornton is hiring a Compensation Manager to design, develop, administer and optimize compensation programs aligned with our firm strategy. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to benchmark, structure and communicate plans, ensuring data integrity and compliance.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, cross-functional collaboration, and guidance on offers and market competitiveness within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience; CCP certification a plus.
• Broad knowledge of compensation theory, concepts, practices, and trends.
• Experience with compensation program design, implementation, and administration.
• Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) and HRIS such as Oracle HCM.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation and administration of compensation programs and analyses.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, market analysis, salary range and structure development.
• Administer annual salary administration, budgeting, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic consult to HRBPs and leaders on compensation matters.
• Translate business needs into compensation design, policies and communications.
• Perform data analysis to derive insights and support decisions.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting pay equity and compensation laws.
• Lead assigned projects with stakeholders to successful completion.
• Stay aligned with Firm strategy and communicate compensation strategies to leadership.
