Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to design, develop, and manage employee compensation programs. You will partner with HRBPs and business leaders to evolve the firm’s compensation strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.

The role requires deep knowledge of compensation theory, market data, and policy implementation, with a focus on pay equity and compliance. The position offers a hybrid work model with in‑person attendance required at least three days per week in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business‑related areas.
• 7+ years of compensation‑focused experience; CCP certification is a plus.
• Broad knowledge of compensation theory, concepts, practices, and trends.
• Experience with compensation program design, implementation, and administration.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and HRIS applications, including data manipulation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and administer compensation programs and analyses.
• Lead salary benchmarking, market analysis, salary range and structure development.
• Administer annual processes: salary administration, budget modeling, and education materials.
• Provide strategic consult to HRBPs and leaders on compensation topics.
• Translate business needs into compensation design and policy decisions.
