Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) seeks a Compensation Manager to lead the design, development, management, and administration of employee compensation programs, partnering with P&C and business leaders to align pay with firm strategy.

The role requires 7+ years of compensation experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and HRIS tools. The position is hybrid in Denver, CO with salary up to $180,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas.
Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience. CCP certification is a plus.
Broad knowledge of compensation theory, concepts, practices, and trends; program design and administration.
Advanced MS Office skills (Excel/Word/PPT) and HRIS applications; Oracle HCM a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, implementation and administration of compensation programs, processes and analysis.
Lead compensation benchmarking, survey participation, market analysis, salary range and structure development.
Administer key annual processes: salary administration, budget modeling, market reviews, guidelines, training materials, system setup and reporting.
