Job summary

Wealthspire Advisors seeks a strategic Compensation Manager to lead the design, governance, and execution of our compensation programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable pay practices that support growth and talent strategy.

You will own annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles, develop pay structures and job architecture, conduct benchmarking, and provide executive-ready analytics to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience.
• Experience designing and managing salary structures and incentive programs.
• Strong expertise in market benchmarking and salary survey analysis.
• Demonstrated pay equity and internal compression analyses.
• Advanced analytical skills with Excel and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve compensation philosophy and pay practices.
• Design, implement, and refine base pay, incentives, bonuses, and special pay arrangements.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and job architecture frameworks.
• Conduct market benchmarking and external salary survey analysis.
• Lead end-to-end annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles with budgeting and system configuration.
• Develop compensation modeling scenarios and executive-ready analytics.
• Ensure timely implementation of changes within HRIS and payroll systems.
• Partner with Finance on budget alignment and accrual forecasting.
• Deliver data-driven insights on compensation trends and workforce analytics.
• Drive process excellence and automation in Workday; maintain SOPs and governance.
