Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior compensation consultant to structure analyses, develop compensation strategies, and advise on pay architecture for global clients. You will manage client relationships, lead teams, and ensure high-quality deliverables while supporting business development initiatives.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation, regulatory compliance, and analytics, with a track record of advising senior leadership on complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in compensation consulting or HR advisory roles.
• Demonstrated subject matter expertise in compensation.
• Experience managing multiple large-scale projects and complex engagements.
• Strong knowledge of compensation strategy, tools, market analysis, and compliance.
• Experience advising senior executives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Structure, direct, review, and interpret analyses performed by project teams.
• Develop compensation strategies, philosophies, and programs for clients’ attraction and retention.
• Advise senior management on pay strategy, job architecture, and digital activation.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain strong relationships.
• Guide and oversee junior team members and support their development.
• Ensure quality deliverables and identify cross-selling opportunities.
