Qualifications

Bachelor's degree plus 8+ years experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
7+ years of progressive HR experience with strong compensation focus.
Knowledge of market pricing, job architecture, and incentive design.
Experience supporting engineering/tech talent populations.

Responsibilities

Lead compensation consulting for assigned client groups.
Provide strategic guidance on compensation programs, policies, and practices.
Partner with People Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and leadership to address compensation challenges.
Support executive decision-making through data-driven analyses and recommendations.
Consult on job evaluation, FLSA reviews, compensation analyses, and total compensation reviews.
Drive annual compensation review processes and related initiatives.
Develop and execute compensation processes, incentives, and equity plans; conduct analyses and reporting.
Conduct market pricing and competitive analyses; recommend salary structure updates.
