Job summary

Jobtailor is a Dallas-based employer seeking a senior leader to own global broad-based compensation strategy, governance, and analytics. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams to design competitive programs that align with the company’s objectives and regulatory requirements.

You will oversee job evaluation, benchmarking, budgeting, equity communications, and enablement materials while developing and mentoring a small team dedicated to evolving compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive compensation experience with global broad-based programs.
• Deep knowledge of global compensation regulations and governance.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, execution, and governance of global broad-based compensation programs.
• Oversee global job evaluation, levelling, and compensation approval processes.
• Oversee benchmarking, analytics, and financial modeling.
• Lead cross-functional teams across HR, Talent, Finance, Legal, and business units.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and company standards for global programs.
• Manage annual compensation cycles and incentive processes.
