Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience advising clients in, but not limited to, fixed income investments including asset-backed securities.
• Proven ability to provide legal direction across corporate, real estate, tax, governance, and compliance domains.

Responsabilités

• Provides hands-on counsel to management and supports the operations of the legal department.
• Represents and advocates for the organization in disputes and negotiations.
• Advises management on changes in laws and regulations affecting the company.
• Liaises with external counsel on complex issues.
