Job summary

Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Compensation Manager to oversee compensation governance and operations for the USA and Canada. The role partners with HR, Finance, ICB and business leaders to ensure fair, competitive pay practices aligned with global standards and regulatory requirements.

You will manage salary structures, incentive programs and annual merit cycles, while driving market benchmarking and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards, preferably supporting the United States and Canada.
• Experience in a large company with global and regional compensation structures.
• Experience working in a complex, highly matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of compensation practices, job evaluation, salary structures, market pricing, incentive programmes, annual salary review cycles and internal equity analysis.
• Knowledge of compensation‑related regulations, including pay equity, pay transparency, wage and hour and local reporting requirements.
• Experience conducting market benchmarking and translating insights into business decisions.
• Experience improving compensation processes and supporting operational transformation or system enhancements.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office; experience with HRMS and related tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage compensation governance and operations for USA/CAN, ensuring consistent, fair, competitive, and compliant compensation practices.
• Maintain and administer compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive programs, allowances, and related processes.
• Oversee the annual salary review and merit cycle, including market benchmarking and budget coordination.
• Partner with HR, Finance, ICB and leaders to provide guidance on compensation matters, including offers, promotions, and salary adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, provincial and local labour and pay transparency requirements.
