The role requires 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, expertise in SAP SuccessFactors, and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across multiple functions.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously across diverse functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer.
• Support requisition creation and approvals in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and networks.
• Conduct structured interviews and competency evaluations.
• Coordinate interview logistics and feedback loops.
