Job summary

Epiroc Drilling Solutions, LLC seeks a strategic Vice President of Human Resources & SHEQ to lead the global people, leadership, safety, health, environment, and quality agenda for the Surface Division. You will translate business priorities into actionable HR and SHEQ initiatives, guiding a diverse team across the world.

You will oversee Payroll & Benefits Center in the USA and ensure alignment of processes between entities, while strengthening a safe, inclusive workplace where people can grow

Qualifications

• Broad experience leading HR and SHEQ in a global organization of comparable size and complexity.
• Proven track record in organizational design, workforce planning, and compensation/benefits.
• Strong international mindset with exposure to mergers and acquisitions HR due diligence and integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR and SHEQ strategies aligned with business needs and growth.
• Lead global HR professionals and drive a safe, inclusive workplace across the division.
• Oversee payroll and benefits center in the USA and align processes with country entities.
• Advise senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, talent management, and change initiatives.
• Support mergers and acquisitions HR due diligence and integration activities.
