Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Compensation Manager to join our People & Culture team in a hybrid role. You will design, implement, and administer compensation programs, lead benchmarking, and provide strategic guidance to HR Business Partners and leadership.

The role requires a deep knowledge of compensation theory, strong data analysis skills, and the ability to translate business needs into policy and process changes. Hybrid work and in-person collaboration three days per week are expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, finance, economics, mathematics, or other business-related areas.
  • Minimum of 7 years of compensation-focused experience. CCP certification is a plus.
  • Broad knowledge of compensation theory, concepts, practices, and trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design, development, management, and administration of compensation programs.
  • Lead compensation benchmarking process including market analysis and pay position review.
  • Administer key annual processes: salary administration, budget modeling, market competitiveness reviews, guidelines and education materials.
  • Consult with HRBPs and leaders on compensation and reward programs.
