Job summary

Marvin is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and manage compensation programs that align with business objectives and market competitiveness. You will partner with HRBPs, Finance, and leaders to ensure equity and performance, with relocation support to Warroad, MN.

You will lead base pay, bonus, and equity programs, oversee merit cycles, and deliver data-driven insights to support workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including strategic program design.
• Deep expertise in compensation program design, market analysis, and salary structures.
• CCP certification or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage base pay, variable pay, and equity programs.
• Lead the annual compensation processes, including merit planning, bonus cycles, and market adjustments.
• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and compensation frameworks.
• Consult with HRBPs and leaders on compensation decisions and offers.
