Job summary

CompoSecure, L.L.C. is seeking a hands-on Compensation Leader to design, administer, and optimize compensation and equity programs in partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, and leadership.

You will drive market pricing, governance, and internal equity while shaping job architecture and pay strategies. Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation.
• Strong analytical skills in market pricing and data interpretation.
• Experience with equity compensation programs and governance.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence compensation decisions.
• Experience leading compensation planning cycles and job architecture.
• Excellent Excel and data modeling skills.
• Familiarity with pay transparency regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, administration, and ongoing evolution of compensation programs including base pay, incentive plans, and pay ranges.
• Partner with HR leadership and business leaders on job architecture, leveling, and internal equity reviews.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on pay ranges for new requisitions.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking and translate data into pay recommendations.
• Support annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, promotions) with modeling and governance.
• Perform pay equity analyses and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop compensation guidelines, tools, and manager resources.
• Act as the go-to compensation advisor for HR partners and leaders.
