Socket.dev is seeking an exceptional business operations leader to join the Executive Compensation team, driving operational excellence and strategic integration across executive talent decisions.

You will own how strategy translates into an integrated, scalable operating model, ensuring compensation is a core input into hiring, managing, and retaining senior talent. The role requires navigating ambiguity, delivering sketches of weekly metrics to annual plans, and influencing at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management and business operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable operating models and processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the Executive Compensation Operating System and governing mechanisms.
• Act as strategic advisor to optimize leadership's time with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional integration across recruiting, talent management, and business leadership.
• Drive the business cadence with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.
• Translate strategy into precise execution and role-specific decision frameworks.
• Ensure continuity across the executive lifecycle from offers to retention.
• Synthesize equity, market data, and recruiting signals into clear narratives.
• Design workflows and tools with tech teams to improve speed and decision quality.
• Manage long-range and annual planning and drive cross-functional programs.
