Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a System Director of Compensation to design, execute and lead Total Rewards programs aligned with our mission and culture across the ministry. You will manage a centralized team of compensation professionals to ensure wages and incentives are competitive, fair, and cost-effective in both unionized and non-union settings.

Responsibilities include developing programs, guiding leaders on pay decisions with detailed analyses, and ensuring data integrity and compliance

Formación

• Minimum education and certifications as described: Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Management or Accounting; MBA or MHR preferred.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP); PHR or SPHR preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation experience, including healthcare.

Responsabilidades

• Develop compensation programs and plans for all levels.
• Counsel senior leaders on pay decisions and policy interpretation with detailed analyses.
• Educate management on compensation philosophy, salary structures and merit/processes.
• Oversee annual administration of compensation programs, merit, market and equity analyses.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups impacting associate pay, including system-wide initiatives.
