Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Science or Arts BS or BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 10+ years (10) Ten years of job or industry-related experience in lieu of the degree.
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of hands‑on experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, HR Program/Implementation Management, HR Business Partnership or Total Rewards.
• Proven track record in operational execution, process optimization, and cross-functional HR project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide Total Rewards strategic planning and operational roadmap development.
• Serve as the Operational Chief of Staff to the System SVP, managing executive briefings and cross-functional project portfolios.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying and optimizing HR administrative processes and system enhancements.
• Oversee departmental budget management, financial forecasting, and complex reporting analytics to demonstrate program ROI.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and career development to a high-performing HR team to foster a culture of excellence.
• Support board-level governance and Compensation Committee requirements through rigorous data preparation and reporting.
