Bon Secours is seeking a Director of Executive Compensation to design, execute and lead Total Rewards programs aligned with our mission and culture. You will consult with senior leaders, Legal, Finance and external firms, preparing presentations for the HR Committee and supporting filings.

The role requires extensive experience in executive compensation, healthcare familiarity, and the ability to mentor teams while navigating complex regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Management, or Accounting required.
• Master's Degree (MBA or MHR) preferred.
• CPP, PHR, SPHR certifications preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive compensation experience; 2+ years specific executive compensation experience in a healthcare setting desired.

Responsabilités

• Develop compensation programs, policies and plans for ministry executives including short/long-term incentives and SERP.
• Counsel senior leaders on pay decisions, practices and guidelines with detailed analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with Executive Talent Acquisition on total compensation offers and onboarding for executives.
• Coordinate with the Compensation Committee’s consultant for plan review and materials for the Committee.
• Ensure accurate reporting, budgeting and compliance with laws/regulations across compensation areas with Legal/Tax/IA.
• Lead cross-functional workgroups driving pay solutions across M&A, cost-saving and system development.
• Perform due diligence on compensation in mergers/divestitures and integration activities.
• Provide ad hoc compensation reports and support for special projects as needed.
• Maintain awareness of latest trends/regulations in executive compensation.
