CRC Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Manager to design and govern the organization’s compensation strategies across the enterprise.

You will lead base salary structures, incentives, and recognition programs while ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with laws; partner with HRBPs and Talent Acquisition on offers and workforce planning. You will mentor a compensation team and report to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in compensation with leadership exposure.
• Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in compensation governance.

Mansioni

• Develop and oversee compensation strategies that align with organizational goals and market positioning.
• Design and implement base salary structures, incentive programs, and recognition schemes.
• Provide strategic consultation to senior leadership on compensation and workforce planning.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and governance standards for pay practices.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition to support offers and internal mobility.
• Lead market benchmarking studies and participate in compensation surveys.
