Job summary

KBR is seeking a Global Compensation Director to lead strategy, design, governance, and delivery of compensation programs across a multi-country environment. You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to drive base pay, incentives, and executive compensation while ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness.

You will oversee world‑wide compensation cycles, build scalable job architectures, and advance Total Rewards initiatives in collaboration with the broader organization.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in compensation or Total Rewards.
• Minimum 5+ years of people leadership experience in global or regional capacity.
• Experience in a complex, multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a comprehensive global compensation strategy, including base pay, incentives, and executive compensation.
• Develop and maintain global job architecture, salary structures, and grading frameworks for internal equity and scalability.
• Oversee market analysis and benchmarking to position compensation appropriately across regions.
• Design and manage global incentive programs that align employee performance with business outcomes.
• Manage relationships with external survey providers and consultants; partner with Finance on budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee annual merit, bonus planning, salary reviews, and equity programs with governance and accuracy.
• Advise HR and business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and organizational design.
• Ensure compliance with global and local pay regulations, including pay equity and reporting.
• Leverage data and compensation systems to drive insights; partner with HRIS and People Analytics.
• Lead and develop a global compensation team and foster a high-performance culture.
