Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Compensation Consultant to design, implement, and optimize compensation strategies across the organization. You will analyze market data, develop frameworks, and advise executives on pay structures to support business goals.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in compensation, and the ability to partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Analytics, HR, Finance, or related field.
• Healthcare, consulting, or complex corporate environment preferred (3+ years).
• Strong proficiency in compensation modeling, market pricing, and dashboards/reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation data analysis using market benchmarks and internal pay structures.
• Design and develop compensation frameworks, policies, and guidelines.
• Evaluate positions and determine level, salary grades, and ranges.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leaders to present analyses and recommendations.
• Design, implement, and maintain incentive and variable pay programs.
